Debtor counseling is not free as is often written!
Many people believe that debt counseling is basically free. In fact, the services of public debt counseling agencies must also be financed by taxpayer money so that insolvent debtors can receive help at all.
With over 8 million over-indebted households in Germany, the limit of burden has long been reached, leading to significant, sometimes months-long waiting times. This waiting period can significantly worsen the financial situation of the debtors.

Even at public counseling centers, costs may arise. We do not receive grants or support from government agencies or municipalities.
For the initial consultation of employees, unemployment benefit recipients, Hartz IV recipients, and retirees, a flat fee of 30 euros will be charged.

We will provide you with the total costs for your comprehensive commercial debt counseling. There will be no additional or hidden costs for you. The incurred costs can be paid in monthly installments.
